PETRO-PRIDE SUBSEA LIMITED undertakes general oilfield maintenance services such as platform shutdowns, valves change-outs, process pipe re-outing as well as remedial platforms repairs, boat landing jetties, stairways, etc. PPSL has a team of well qualified engineers and construction/fabrication personnel with modern equipments and yard facilities to effectively carry out onshore/offshore engineering design, fabrication, construction and installation as could be required by our clients.
Non Destructive Testing (NDT) Inspection
PPSL ensures that all fabricated items are subject to material traceability when required and in conformity with Industrial Codes and best practice. Before shipment, all fabricated items are dimensionally checked against the ‘’Approved for Construction’’ AFC Drawings.
Blasting And Painting
PPSL ensures that fabricated items are blasted and painted in accordance with universally industrial approved Codes of practice. Blasting is carried out by well trained blasting personnel in an enclosed blasting shop to protect the environment from pollution. All blasting and painting activities are closely monitored and supervised by Petro-Pride Subsea Limited painting inspectors to ensure compliance to specifications and procedures. We ensure that painting operations are carried out within acceptable limits of atmospheric humidity.
