Overview
PETRO-PRIDE SUBSEA LIMITED (PPSL) is a wholly owned indigenous Nigerian company, established and incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in February 2008 and ISO certified in 2012.
PPSL is a tested name in the Oil and Gas Industry in Nigeria. We have successfully offered services like Offshore Construction, Diving Maintenance services, Onshore/Offshore Fabrication, Subsea Survey, Marine Consultancy, Engineering Services and Project Management to multi-national companies in Nigeria oil and gas sector for the past four years. The company is committed to providing world-class solutions and excellence in service to the Nigerian and West African Oil & Gas marketplace and Energy sectors. Our main objective is to evolve as the Nigerian leader in Quality and Technical Expertise through Safety, Legality and Trust.
PPSL ensures flexible and qualified plus safe approach to all opportunities. Community relations are a value-added service central to our comprehensive approach to project management. A strong relationship with the community forms an important part of our everyday activities, ensuring the project site is developed with an environment of trust and understanding so that work can proceed on time and without costly interruptions.
PPSL has specifically sourced and successfully entered Technical Partnership Agreements with some outstanding International and Local/Indigenous Companies for the provision of various support services for Subsea and Topside operations activities. These partnerships will supplement and form part of the framework for our ongoing journey through our dedication to the success and future standing as West Africa’s Best and Most Trusted support Services Company, with ‘Best Practice’ and Best-in-Class’ solutions to our Client’s needs and requirements.
PPSL has registered Headquarters’ office in EKET, Akwa Ibom State, and subsidiary offices in Lagos and Port Harcourt, Rivers State
